PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions govern the Miranda Magpies Netball Club (“Club”) Professional Development Program (“Program”). By participating in this program, the professional development participant (“Participant”) agree to abide by the stipulations outlined below.

  1. General Eligibility and Program Duration

Club Discretion: The Club reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Professional Development Program and any associated subsidies or reimbursements at any time without prior notice.

Registration Requirement: To be eligible for any course reimbursement, participants must be fully registered members of the Club and be officially appointed to a coaching or umpiring role for the 2026 season.

Course Approval: Participation is limited to specific courses approved by the Club (e.g., Foundation or Development levels). Reimbursement for unlisted or external courses is subject to prior written approval from the Coaching or Umpiring Coordinator.

Reimbursement Requirement: The reimbursement shall only be issued to the participant once they have successfully completed the course and submitted both a valid tax receipt and a copy of the official Course Certificate to: magpiesnetball.coaching@outlook.com.

  1. Limitations of Liability

Verification of Completion: The Club reserves the right to verify the validity of all certificates with the relevant governing body and to disqualify any participant who submits fraudulent documentation or fails to meet the passing criteria.

Commitment Clause: The Club reserves the right to withhold or recover funds if the participant cancels their registration or fails to fulfill their coaching/umpiring commitments for the 2026 season.

Non-Transferable: Professional development funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, merchandise, or credits toward other fees outside of the specific course reimbursement.

Retroactive Claims: Reimbursement is only applicable to courses completed within the current seasonal cycle. Claims for courses completed in previous years without prior agreement will not be honoured.

Acceptance: Participation in the Professional Development Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
