2026 PLAYER REFERRAL PROGRAM: TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions govern the Miranda Magpies Netball Club (“Club”) 2026 Player Referral Program. By participating in this program, both the referring member (“Referee”) and the new player (“Referred Player”) agree to abide by the stipulations outlined below.
1. General Eligibility and Program Duration
Club Discretion: The Club reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program and any associated promotions at any time without prior notice.
Voucher Limitation: Participation is limited to one (1) referral voucher per individual. This applies to both the Referee and the Referred Player.
Redemption Requirement: The referral reward (voucher) shall only be issued, to the Referee, once the Referred Player has successfully completed their registration with the Club.
2. Junior Policies (10 to 17 years)
Grading Requirements: All Junior players are subject to the Club’s standard grading process.
Team Placement: Participation in the referral program does not guarantee that the Referee and the Referred Player will be placed on the same team.
Team placement is determined strictly by skill-based grading and divisional requirements.
3. Senior Policies (18 years and above)
Block Teams: Senior divisions primarily operate on a “block team” registration basis.
Individual Placements: While the Club will make reasonable efforts to place individual applicants into an existing team, placement is not guaranteed.
Acceptance of a referral does not override team capacity limits or existing roster structures.
4. Limitations of Liability
The Club reserves the right to verify the validity of all registrations and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the registration process or fails to meet the eligibility criteria. This includes, but is not limited to, either party cancelling their registration or fraudulent registrations
The referral voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other credits outside of the designated registration fees.
Discount is applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
